Let me just say this: I’ve had more trainers than I’ve had birthdays… and most of them didn’t get it. They either pushed too hard, didn’t listen, or had no idea how to work with someone managing real health stuff like high blood pressure, chronic pain, and trauma.
Then I met Scott, and everything changed. From day one, he actually listened — like, really listened — and built a training plan that fit me, not just some generic idea of what “fitness” should look like. It’s been over 3 years, and not only has my strength and health improved dramatically, but I’ve also lost 46 lbs without even trying to lose weight. That part was just a nice surprise for me and my doctor! He’s super knowledgeable, explains everything clearly, checks in constantly, and makes sure I’m doing things safely (huge when your body’s been through it like mine has). I never feel like “just another client” — I feel seen, supported, and cheered on. Oh, did I mention my older children trained with Scott and my 10 year old is starting soon too? As a mom of an athlete, I’ve seen my share of performance gyms, and Beehive is by far the most thoughtful, welcoming, and dialed-in place my children ever trained at. No ego, no pressure — just real results with a trainer who gets people.
I wish I had met him years earlier. I wish my older children met him years earlier.

He knows and takes great care in not overworking your body. And if you ever ask any questions or need adjustment he's ready to answer and make these for you. Great trainer and beautiful facility!
